 Our evaluations include structural, mechanical & environmental inspections for residential, multi-family, condominium, commercial and industrial properties.  We are experienced in the evaluation of environmental concerns and have worked closely with several local environmental corporations assisting them in areas such as, but not limited to, radon detection; lead in water, soils and building materials; and evaluation of petroleum hydrocarbons in soils.   In addition, we have extensive experience performing inspections of vacant homes, foreclosures, REOs, and bank-owned properties.

We have served as professional experts for two Northeastern Pennsylvania television channels and have been featured on the front page of the Scranton Times (weekly circulation 31,000+).  In addition, we have discovered and disclosed to the public environmental dangers brought on by blasting in a nearby community. This disclosure, aired by Northeastern Pennsylvania television channels 22 & 28, revealed the previously unknown environmental risks of radon to the residents of the Swinnick Development.
